Radish Pancakes
The perfect radish pancakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Radish
- 2 Spring onions fresh
- 3 teaspoon Bread flour
- 2 teaspoon Food starch
- 2 tablespoon Natural yoghurt
- 2 Egg yolk
- Salt
- Pepper
- Wash the radishes, grate them coarsely and mix with 1 teaspoon of salt and let them steep for 10 minutes.
- Clean the spring onions, cut into rings.
- Squeeze out the radishes, mix with the spring onions, breadcrumbs, starch, yoghurt and egg yolks, season with salt and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into a buffer and fry on both sides in a pan with hot oil.
- I have seasoned some natural yoghurt with salt and pepper, mixed up a few herbs and served with it
