Meat Salad with Boiled Ham and Pepper Salami
The perfect meat salad with boiled ham and pepper salami recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Meat salad:
- 50 g Diced boiled ham
- 30 g Pepper salami
- 1 piece Spring onions fresh
- 1 piece Gherkins pickles
- 0,1 l Mayonnaise, homemade in m KB
Topping:
- 30 g Grana Padano hard cheese grated
- 5 piece Basil leaves
Meat salad with boiled ham and salami:
- Cut the two pieces of ham into 5 mm strips and the gherkins into cubes. Chop the spring onion as well and stir loosely with the tartar sauce and some dried parsley and pour into a bowl. Garnish with grated Grana Padano and a few basil leaves as a topping.
Use:
- Put the salad fresh on the table for brunch. The meat salad is also very welcome for an evening snack or dinner.
