Carrot Stew Made from Leftovers

- Carrots
- Potatoes
- 1 size Kabanossi
- 1 middle Onion
- 1 cups Cream
- 0,25 liter Milk
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 tbsp Vegetable broth powder
- 1 Packet 250g Smoked bacon
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
- Peel potatoes, peel carrots and cut into slices or cubes. As you want. Peel and then dice the onion.
- Cut the kabanossi into slices and fry a little in a pan. Then add the bacon and the onion.
- Put up a saucepan, add carrots, potatoes. Add the vegetable stock, pour in the milk and simmer.
- When the carrots and potatoes have softened a little, add the kabonossi, bacon and onions.
- Add the cream, thicken a little with the starch, season with salt and some pepper, and sprinkle some parsley on top.
- Then just enjoy.
