Carrot Stew Made from Leftovers

  • Carrots
  • Potatoes
  • 1 size Kabanossi
  • 1 middle Onion
  • 1 cups Cream
  • 0,25 liter Milk
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable broth powder
  • 1 Packet 250g Smoked bacon
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper
  1. Peel potatoes, peel carrots and cut into slices or cubes. As you want. Peel and then dice the onion.
  2. Cut the kabanossi into slices and fry a little in a pan. Then add the bacon and the onion.
  3. Put up a saucepan, add carrots, potatoes. Add the vegetable stock, pour in the milk and simmer.
  4. When the carrots and potatoes have softened a little, add the kabonossi, bacon and onions.
  5. Add the cream, thicken a little with the starch, season with salt and some pepper, and sprinkle some parsley on top.
  6. Then just enjoy.
