  • 250 ml Milk
  • 10 g Butter
  • 50 g Sugar brown
  • 40 g Soft wheat semolina
  • 40 g Tonka bean abrasion
  • 100 ml Whipped cream
  • 300 g Fresh strawberries
  • 2 cl Advocaat
  • 2 cl Lemon balm fresh
  1. Bring the milk with butter and sugar to the boil and then slowly pour in the semolina while stirring. As soon as the semolina begins to swell, take the pot off the stove and let it cool down. Stir in the tonka bean zest beforehand.
  1. Whip the cream until stiff and stir into the cold semolina.
