Strawberries with Vanilla Egg Liqueur Cream

- 2 kg Fresh strawberries
- 500 g Quark
- 500 ml Rama Cremefine for whipping
- 150 ml Advocaat
- 4 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp Bourbon vanilla
- Wash, clean and quarter the strawberries and place in a tall container, put 10 strawberries aside for decoration. Add 2 bags of vanilla sugar to the strawberries. Puree with a blender and set aside.
- Put the cream in a mixer and beat until stiff with a hand mixer. Stir in the quark, egg liqueur, 2 packets of vanilla sugar and the bourbon vanilla to create a creamy mixture.
- Layer the dessert in glasses. First pour in some cream. Then strawberry puree and so on until everything is used up. Decorate with strawberries and chill for about 3 hours.
