Strawberries with Vanilla Egg Liqueur Cream

The perfect strawberries with vanilla egg liqueur cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 kg Fresh strawberries
  • 500 g Quark
  • 500 ml Rama Cremefine for whipping
  • 150 ml Advocaat
  • 4 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp Bourbon vanilla
  1. Wash, clean and quarter the strawberries and place in a tall container, put 10 strawberries aside for decoration. Add 2 bags of vanilla sugar to the strawberries. Puree with a blender and set aside.
  2. Put the cream in a mixer and beat until stiff with a hand mixer. Stir in the quark, egg liqueur, 2 packets of vanilla sugar and the bourbon vanilla to create a creamy mixture.
  3. Layer the dessert in glasses. First pour in some cream. Then strawberry puree and so on until everything is used up. Decorate with strawberries and chill for about 3 hours.
