- 3 Pc. Potatoes
- 2 Pc. Spring onions fresh
- 2 tablespoon Fried onions, own production
- 1 Pc. Egg whisked
- 150 ml Liquid cream
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- Salt and pepper
- Peel, wash and slice potatoes,
- Butter the 2nd form, insert the 1st layer of potatoes.
- Cut the spring onion, sprinkle on top. 2. Add layer of potato. Sprinkle with fried onions.
- Mix the egg with the cream, season, pour on.
- Grate cheese, sprinkle on top. Bake for approx. 45 minutes at 160 – 170 ° C
