Turkey Schnitzel with Fine Calvados Apple
The perfect turkey schnitzel with fine calvados apple recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Turkey schnitzel
- Salt
- White milled pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 100 ml Apple juice naturally cloudy
- 10 g Raisins
- 1 Orange (juice)
- 1 red-cheeked Apple
- 2 cl Calvados
- Red pepper berries
- Season the turkey schnitzel all over with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the schnitzel crosswise on both sides. Add apple juice and raisins and cook for about 5 minutes
- Wash the apples, remove the core (apple cutter), quarter and cut into thin wedges.
- Add the apple wedges, orange juice and calvados to the turkey escalope in the pan and let simmer for about 3 minutes
- We had mashed potatoes and leek and carrot vegetables.
- Arrange everything on plates and decorate with pink pepperberries
