Grape Bulgur Yoghurt Sweet Dish or Dessert in Glass
The perfect grape bulgur yoghurt sweet dish or dessert in glass recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 85 g Bulgur
- 100 g Greek cream yogurt
- 1 tbsp Liquid honey
- 1 Handful Dark seedless grapes
- 2 tbsp Coarsely chopped walnuts
- 1 pinch Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Raisins
- Pour twice the amount of boiling water over the bulgur in a bowl, stir well and let it steep for about 10 minutes until the water is soaked up.
- Mix the yoghurt and honey, halve or quarter the washed grapes. Mix the bulgur with the cinnamon and raisins. The raisins can also be left out without replacement.
- The dish looks pretty when layered in glasses. First yoghurt, then bulgur, then yoghurt, bulgur again and on top grapes and nuts. I like it best cold. Can be prepared very well.
