- 50 g Whole grain bulgur
- 300 ml Water
- 80 g Pekmez
- = Traubensirup
- 1 pinch Ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch Ground cloves
- 2 tbsp Chopped walnuts
- Put the bulgur together with the water in a small saucepan, bring to the boil and then let it swell over low heat, stirring frequently, until the water is almost soaked up.
- Then add the syrup and stir in for a few minutes.
- Now add the spices and nuts and stir everything together.
- 3 Rinse small molds with water and distribute the mixture in it.
- Let cool and then place in the refrigerator until the mixture is firm.
- Evt. decorate and serve as desired.
