Grape Bulgur Yoghurt Sweet Dish or Dessert in Glass

The perfect grape bulgur yoghurt sweet dish or dessert in glass recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 85 g Bulgur
  • 100 g Greek cream yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Liquid honey
  • 1 Handful Dark seedless grapes
  • 2 tbsp Coarsely chopped walnuts
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Raisins
  1. Pour twice the amount of boiling water over the bulgur in a bowl, stir well and let it steep for about 10 minutes until the water is soaked up.
  2. Mix the yoghurt and honey, halve or quarter the washed grapes. Mix the bulgur with the cinnamon and raisins. The raisins can also be left out without replacement.
  3. The dish looks pretty when layered in glasses. First yoghurt, then bulgur, then yoghurt, bulgur again and on top grapes and nuts. I like it best cold. Can be prepared very well.
