Burger Sauce
The perfect burger sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 70 g Onions
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 140 ml Worcester sauce
- 125 ml Maple syrup
- 300 ml Tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Msp Sweet paprika
- 2 tsp Cayenne pepper
- Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Put the Worcestershire sauce and maple syrup in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Let simmer for 2 minutes. Add the ketchup, vinegar, paprika and cayenne pepper. Let everything simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Immediately pour the sauce into clean twist-off glasses, close and allow to cool. Store in a cool place.
