Burger Sauce

The perfect burger sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 70 g Onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 140 ml Worcester sauce
  • 125 ml Maple syrup
  • 300 ml Tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Msp Sweet paprika
  • 2 tsp Cayenne pepper
  1. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Put the Worcestershire sauce and maple syrup in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Let simmer for 2 minutes. Add the ketchup, vinegar, paprika and cayenne pepper. Let everything simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Immediately pour the sauce into clean twist-off glasses, close and allow to cool. Store in a cool place.
