Dessert: Chocolate Tiramisu
The perfect dessert: chocolate tiramisu recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 packet Chocolate pudding powder
- 400 ml Milk
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 250 g Mascarpone
- 20 piece Ladyfingers
- 100 ml Orange syrup e.g. http://www./rezept/513973/Vorrat-Orangensirup.h
- 100 g Chopped hazelnuts
- 2 teaspoon Sugar
- 20 g Butter
- Make a thick chocolate pudding out of 400 ml milk and let it cool down completely, stirring occasionally. Stir in the mascarpone with the hand mixer.
- Place a spoon biscuit (there can be more than the number mentioned above) in a suitable container with the sugar side down and soak it with the slightly diluted orange syrup (stock: orange syrup).
- Spread half of the chocolate and mascarpone mixture on the ladyfingers.
- Now pile up the sponge fingers again, soak them in the syrup and cover with the chocolate mass.
- Toast the chopped hazelnuts in a pan with sugar and butter. After cooling, distribute on the tiramisu. Chill dessert until serving. (Preferably overnight.)
