Spirelli with Peanut Sauce

The perfect spirelli with peanut sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Carrots
  • 500 g Broccoli
  • 500 g Spelled Spirelli
  • 1 pole Leek
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 3 El Peanut butter
  • 100 ml Oat cream
  • Some oil
  • 1 El Lemon juice
  • 1 El Soy sauce
  • Pepper
  1. Divide the broccoli into florets. Cut the carrots into slices. Cut the leek into rings. Finely chop the garlic.
  2. Cook the spirelli as usual, cook the broccoli and carrots for the last 2 minutes. Then drain.
  3. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the leek and garlic in it. Add the peanut butter and oat cream. Stir in the soy sauce and lemon juice.
  4. Add the noodle and vegetable mixture to the peanut sauce and mix everything well. Season to taste with pepper.
