Christmas Dessert: Apple, Chocolate and Caramel Layered Cream

- 500 g Apples
- 30 g Brown sugar
- 50 g Honey
- 1 tablespoon Milk
- 250 g Mascarpone
- 200 g Cream
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla sugar
- 1 packet Cream stiffener
- 150 g Chocolate biscuit
- Caramel cream
- Peel the apples, cut into small pieces and simmer with the brown sugar for approx. 20 minutes.
- For the mascarpone cream, mix the mascarpone with milk and honey, whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and fold into the mascarpone cream.
- Crumble the biscuits and layer the biscuits, apple compote and caramel cream one after the other in a glass until the glass is full. Good Appetite!
