Christmas Dessert: Apple, Chocolate and Caramel Layered Cream

The perfect christmas dessert: apple, chocolate and caramel layered cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Apples
  • 30 g Brown sugar
  • 50 g Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Milk
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 200 g Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet Cream stiffener
  • 150 g Chocolate biscuit
  • Caramel cream
  1. Peel the apples, cut into small pieces and simmer with the brown sugar for approx. 20 minutes.
  2. For the mascarpone cream, mix the mascarpone with milk and honey, whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and fold into the mascarpone cream.
  3. Crumble the biscuits and layer the biscuits, apple compote and caramel cream one after the other in a glass until the glass is full. Good Appetite!
