Pumpkin Stew

The perfect pumpkin stew recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Onion red
  • 2 Potatoes
  • 1 small Leek
  • 1 thickness Carrot
  • 300 g Hokkaido
  • 0,5 Tl Ginger powder
  • 1 El Cumin
  • 1 Tl Savory
  • 1,5 Tl Sweet paprika powder
  • 1 Tl Fruit sweetness
  • 750 ml Vegetable broth
  • 150 g Extra fine green beans
  • Salt pepper
  • Oil
  1. Peel and roughly dice the potatoes and carrots. Roughly dice Hokkaido. Finely dice the onions. Cut the leek into rings. Cut the ends off the beans and cut in half.
  2. Sauté all the vegetables in a little oil for about 3 minutes. Add all the spices and the fruit sweetness and sweat for another minute. Top up with vegetable stock and simmer for about 15-20 minutes.
