Pumpkin Stew
The perfect pumpkin stew recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Onion red
- 2 Potatoes
- 1 small Leek
- 1 thickness Carrot
- 300 g Hokkaido
- 0,5 Tl Ginger powder
- 1 El Cumin
- 1 Tl Savory
- 1,5 Tl Sweet paprika powder
- 1 Tl Fruit sweetness
- 750 ml Vegetable broth
- 150 g Extra fine green beans
- Salt pepper
- Oil
- Peel and roughly dice the potatoes and carrots. Roughly dice Hokkaido. Finely dice the onions. Cut the leek into rings. Cut the ends off the beans and cut in half.
- Sauté all the vegetables in a little oil for about 3 minutes. Add all the spices and the fruit sweetness and sweat for another minute. Top up with vegetable stock and simmer for about 15-20 minutes.
