Sesame Crunchy Cookies
The perfect sesame crunchy cookies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Sesame
- 95 g Butter
- Tonka bean abrasion
- 1 Lime, juice and zest
- 200 g Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 100 g Flour
- 0,5 tsp Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- Roast the sesame seeds in a pan until golden brown, then place in a bowl and let cool. Let the butter become almost liquid in a warm place (on the heater).
- Add the sugar, the tonka bean zest and the lime zest to the butter and stir well. Then gradually stir in the egg and lime juice. Now briefly stir in the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt. And finally fold in the toasted sesame seeds.
- Line baking trays with baking paper and preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Now use the teaspoon to put small heaps at least 2 cm apart on the baking paper and flatten and shape with your fingers. Bake the biscuits for 8-10 minutes and then let them cool down well.
