Crunchy Almond Cookies

- 500 g Whole peeled almonds
- 500 g Raw cane sugar
- 200 g Butter
- 500 g Spelled flour type 1050
- 0,5 packet Tartar baking powder
- 1 pinch Cinnamon
- 2 Pc. Eggs size M
- 1 Vials Bitter almond flavor
- Stir all ingredients together except for the whole almonds with the kitchen machine! Finally knead in the almonds by hand. Divide into 3 parts, form into rolls and wrap in cling film. Put it in the freezer for 24 hours! Then free the rolls from the cling film and cut into thin slices! (Sharp knife or bread slicer) Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes until light brown.
