- 75 g Butter
- 100 g Oat flakes
- 75 g Ground hazelnuts
- 0,5 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 5 tbsp Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 50 g Flour
- 0,5 tsp Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (fan oven 180 ° C). Put the butter, oat flakes, hazelnuts, 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon in a pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until it smells fragrant. Let cool down a little.
- In the meantime, beat 4 tablespoons of sugar and the egg with the whisk of the electric hand mixer to a light, thick foamy mixture. Mix the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt, mix with the oatmeal mixture and stir into the egg mixture.
- Place the dough in small heaps in small heaps on baking sheets lined with baking paper, flatten a little if you like.
