- 3 Chops
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 tablespoon Cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon Tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Rosemary sprigs
- Wash the chops, pat dry, cut a pocket with a sharp knife and season with salt and pepper inside and out.
- Mix the cream cheese with the tomato paste, chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper, pour into the pockets and fix with toothpicks.
- Heat some oil in a pan, add rosemary chops and a few small tomatoes and fry until golden on both sides
