Salmon with Nectar Salsa
The perfect salmon with nectar salsa recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Spring onion
- 2 Nectarines
- 1 Lime
- 1 Hot peppers
- 300 g Salmon (salmon)
- Maple syrup
- Olive oil
- Today I would like to introduce you to my favorite camping dish “Salmon with Nectarine Salsa”. Simple and really tasty, especially when we are camping on the North Sea. First cut the peppers and nectarines into small cubes. Cut the spring onions into thin rings and add the whistle with the hot peppers, the spiciness of which is softened by the acidity of the nectarines.
- Then divide the lime in half and press the juice over the ingredients. Now add a little maple syrup to soften the acidity and round off the whole thing. Add a little salt, pepper and a dash of olive oil, mix well and the salsa is ready.
- While the salsa is brewing, prepare the salmon. Heat some olive oil with some seasoned salt in a pan and then add the salmon. A little tip: set the gas flame to “low” so that the fish stays nice and juicy. When the salmon is nice and brown on the outside and a little pink on the inside, take it off the stove and cook it with the remaining heat. Now serve the salmon with the salsa and my favorite dish is ready 🙂
