Chop with Cream Cheese and Tomato Filling

The perfect chop with cream cheese and tomato filling recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Chops
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 4 tablespoon Cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon Tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Rosemary sprigs
  1. Wash the chops, pat dry, cut a pocket with a sharp knife and season with salt and pepper inside and out.
  2. Mix the cream cheese with the tomato paste, chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper, pour into the pockets and fix with toothpicks.
  3. Heat some oil in a pan, add rosemary chops and a few small tomatoes and fry until golden on both sides
