Pumpkin-orange-apple Jam

  • 1 medium-sized Pumpkin Hokkaido
  • 500 Apples
  • 1 Lemon juice
  • 500 Oranges
  • 2 :1 Gelierzucker mit Stevia Dr. Oetker preserving sugar
  1. Peel, core, and wash the pumpkin, oranges and apples. Put everything in a large saucepan and drizzle the juice of a whole lemon over it. If you want, you can season with a little cinnamon. Add the preserving sugar and cook for about 10 minutes. Puree everything with the hand blender. Make a gel test. Pour everything into the previously hot washed jam jars and put on your head for five minutes.
