Bread Low Carb

The perfect bread low carb recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 8 g Oat bran
  • 30 g Olive oil
  • 70 g Yogurt
  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 100 g Ground almonds
  • 5 g Baking soda
  • 10 g Linseed
  • 15 g Sunflower seeds
  • 30 g Grated Emmental
  • 1 tsp Paprika spice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  2. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and work with a hand mixer (dough hook).
  3. Cover the baking pan (around 24cm) with baking paper so that the edge is also covered with it.
  4. Now add the mixture and bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
  5. If it gets too dark, simply cover with aluminum foil.
  6. I made it after 25 minutes and let it bake again.
