Bread Low Carb
The perfect bread low carb recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 8 g Oat bran
- 30 g Olive oil
- 70 g Yogurt
- 2 piece Eggs
- 100 g Ground almonds
- 5 g Baking soda
- 10 g Linseed
- 15 g Sunflower seeds
- 30 g Grated Emmental
- 1 tsp Paprika spice
- 1 tsp Salt
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and work with a hand mixer (dough hook).
- Cover the baking pan (around 24cm) with baking paper so that the edge is also covered with it.
- Now add the mixture and bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
- If it gets too dark, simply cover with aluminum foil.
- I made it after 25 minutes and let it bake again.
