Filled Meatloaf Low Carb

The perfect filled meatloaf low carb recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Mixed minced meat
  • 125 g Mozzarella
  • 10 g Chives
  • 1 tbsp Parsley
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 45 g Mango without peel
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Mix the minced meat with salt, pepper, ginger and mustard.
  3. Divide the mass in 2 halves.
  4. Place one half in a baking dish and press flat (not too thin).
  5. Cut the mango into slices and place on top
  6. Chop the chives and parsley and mix.
  7. Spread this on the mango.
  8. Cut the mozzarella into 4 slices.
  9. 2 Put discs on top.
  10. 2. Now press half of the mince mixture flat and place on top
  11. Press the ends together (close).
  12. Put the rest of the mozzarella on top.
  13. Put in the oven for 20 minutes.
