Filled Meatloaf Low Carb
The perfect filled meatloaf low carb recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Mixed minced meat
- 125 g Mozzarella
- 10 g Chives
- 1 tbsp Parsley
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 45 g Mango without peel
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Mix the minced meat with salt, pepper, ginger and mustard.
- Divide the mass in 2 halves.
- Place one half in a baking dish and press flat (not too thin).
- Cut the mango into slices and place on top
- Chop the chives and parsley and mix.
- Spread this on the mango.
- Cut the mozzarella into 4 slices.
- 2 Put discs on top.
- 2. Now press half of the mince mixture flat and place on top
- Press the ends together (close).
- Put the rest of the mozzarella on top.
- Put in the oven for 20 minutes.
