Tuna Cream – Simple

The perfect tuna cream – simple recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Can Natural tuna
  • 1 Pc. Shallot
  • 1 Pc. Pickled cucumber
  • 1 Pc. Boiled egg
  • 1 Tl Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Celery powder
  • 3 tbsp Yogurt 10% fat
  • Sea salt from the mill
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 Splash Lemon
  • 1 Pc. Clove of garlic, if you like
  1. Drain the tuna, place in a bowl and chop properly with a fork.
  2. Finely dice the shallot and the pickled cucumber (garlic, if you like) and add to the tuna with the mustard and spices. Set aside 2-3 slices of pickled cucumber for decoration.
  3. Peel off the boiled egg and chop it lengthways and then crosswise in the egg cutter, put 1-2 egg slices aside for decoration, add to the shell and mash everything with a fork, add yoghurt and mix everything properly, season to taste and, if necessary, season.
  4. To serve, transfer to a suitable bowl and garnish with the retained egg and cucumber slices.
