Ingredients
 

  • 150 g Tuna in its own juice, drained
  • 1 Onion, small or shallot
  • 2 tbsp Salad cream
  • 50 g Low fat quark
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt
  • Salt, pepper from the mill
  • 2 tbsp Chopped basil
  • Sugar to taste

Instructions
 

  • Peel the onion and chop finely. Put the quark, yogurt and cream salad in a bowl. Drain the tuna and tear it into the bowl. Mix all ingredients with the mixer and then stir for 3 minutes on high. Season to taste with the spices and basil. Pour into a small mason jar and place in the refrigerator, tightly closed. Lasts a few days.
