Berry Punch
The perfect berry punch recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Fresh strawberries
- 300 g Red currants fresh or frozen
- 150 ml Strawberry or raspberry syrup
- 100 ml White rum
- 1 l Ice cold rosé wine
- 2 Bottles Secco or sparkling wine ice cold
- 300 g Fresh or frozen raspberries
- Sort the strawberries, wash and drain well, then clean and quarter. Put the strawberries with the currants in a punch bowl. Mix together the syrup and rum, add to the berries and let steep for at least 2 hours. Pour in the rosé wine and secco before serving. Put the raspberries in the bowl and garnish with mint leaves if necessary.
- 2nd tip: since there are now only raspberries and rarely strawberries or currants, you can use a frozen berry mixture … just put it frozen in the bowl and pour the syrup rum mixture over it.
