Stock: Apple Juice
The perfect stock: apple juice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 5 k Apples
- 500 g Carrots
- First of all: You have to determine the amount yourself. I had a lot of fall apples that needed to be processed. Wash and quarter the apples and roughly remove the core. Peel the carrots. Press everything through a raw juicer in portions. Collect the juice in a large saucepan. Bring the juice to the boil, remove the foam.
- Strain the juice through a cloth. Bring to the boil again and fill the bottles to the brim. Close immediately. The gauze is a bit of a hassle and takes time, but it’s worth it.
