Instructions
- Grate ginger with skin or cut finely. Cut the lime into thin slices. Mix with sugar and then add water. Bring everything to the boil and simmer gently for about 10 minutes. Let cool down. (Preferably overnight) Strain through a cloth and bring to the boil again. Fill into small bottles.
- Infused with sparkling wine or tonic or mineral water (ice cubes and mint leaf with it) a pleasure.
