Stock: Apple Juice

  • 5 k Apples
  • 500 g Carrots
  1. First of all: You have to determine the amount yourself. I had a lot of fall apples that needed to be processed. Wash and quarter the apples and roughly remove the core. Peel the carrots. Press everything through a raw juicer in portions. Collect the juice in a large saucepan. Bring the juice to the boil, remove the foam.
  2. Strain the juice through a cloth. Bring to the boil again and fill the bottles to the brim. Close immediately. The gauze is a bit of a hassle and takes time, but it’s worth it.
