Chocolate Tart without Baking
The perfect chocolate tart without baking recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Decoration garnish
- 100 g Cantuccini
- 125 g Liquid butter
- 400 g Dark chocolate
- 125 g Butter
- 400 ml Liquid cream
- 50 g Sugar
- 2 Bags Instant espresso powder
- 2 shot Kalua Caffee Liquer Mexico
- 50 g White chocolate grated
- 6 piece Chocolate leaves
- 6 piece Fresh small strawberries
- 6 piece Banana fresh
- Amarettini & Cantuccini are chopped up in a food processor and placed in a bowl – add the liquid butter and mix well then I put the mixture in a 26 cm springform pan lined with baking paper and press the mixture on – then for about 1/2 hour approx . in the refrigirator
- In the meantime, I put a small saucepan with some water on it and bring it to the boil – quickly grind the chocolate, put it with the butter in another bowl and let it melt (stirring constantly) Take the bowl in a water bath and let it cool down a bit
- Quickly whip the liquid cream with the sugar firmly
- Now I add a third of the cream to the slightly warm chocolate mixture – stir gently – and then carefully fold in the rest of the whipped cream with the Kalua Coffee Liquer
- Now put the chocolate cream mixture in the sprinform and spread it evenly over the bottom and smooth it out – put it in the refrigerator for several hours, preferably overnight!
- On the next day, the tart is loosened from the edge of the springform pan with a warm knife and placed on a cake plate with a cake top and sprinkled with the grated white chocolate on the edge – strawberries – pieces of banana & chocolate leaves decorated! Ps. The garnish can also be different!
