Mie Noodles with Stir-fried Vegetables and Chicken
The perfect mie noodles with stir-fried vegetables and chicken recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 gr Mie noodles
- 1 Pc. Cooked chicken breast
- 300 g Tk wok vegetables (e.g. Iglo etc.)
- 3 Rods Spring onions fresh
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Soy sauce
- Sweet Chili Sauce
- Mie pasta according to instructions 5min. soak in slightly boiling water.
- Sweat the wok vegetables with the oil in a pan, cut the leek into rings and add. I had already pre-cooked the chicken and cut it into small pieces. Add that to the vegetables too.
- Season the vegetables with a splash of soy sauce.
- Add the noodles to the vegetables in the pan and season again with soy sauce and, if you like, with sweet chilli sauce and stir well.
- I calculated a serving at 12pp.
