Mie Noodles with Stir-fried Vegetables and Chicken

The perfect mie noodles with stir-fried vegetables and chicken recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 gr Mie noodles
  • 1 Pc. Cooked chicken breast
  • 300 g Tk wok vegetables (e.g. Iglo etc.)
  • 3 Rods Spring onions fresh
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Soy sauce
  • Sweet Chili Sauce
  1. Mie pasta according to instructions 5min. soak in slightly boiling water.
  2. Sweat the wok vegetables with the oil in a pan, cut the leek into rings and add. I had already pre-cooked the chicken and cut it into small pieces. Add that to the vegetables too.
  3. Season the vegetables with a splash of soy sauce.
  4. Add the noodles to the vegetables in the pan and season again with soy sauce and, if you like, with sweet chilli sauce and stir well.
  5. I calculated a serving at 12pp.
