Cooking: Sausage Goulash with Paprika

The perfect cooking: sausage goulash with paprika recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 5 Canned sausages
  • 1 Fresh onion
  • 3 Pointed peppers green
  • 0,5 tsp Sugar
  • Crushed red pepper
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp Paprika pulp (Ajvar)
  • 250 g Tomatoes happened
  • 1 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
  • Oil
  1. Peel the onion and cut into small pieces. Cut the sausages into small pieces. Peel the paprika, remove the seeds and membranes and cut into small pieces.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan. Add the onions and sausages and fry them lightly, then add the paprika and cook with them.
  3. Add the spices and ajvar and sauté briefly. Then add the tomatoes.
  4. Cook with the lid on over low heat for about 20-25 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile prepare any side dish (rice for us).
  6. Remove the lid and stir in the creme fraiche.
  7. Place rice and sausage goulash on plates and serve.
