Cooking: Sausage Goulash with Paprika

- 5 Canned sausages
- 1 Fresh onion
- 3 Pointed peppers green
- 0,5 tsp Sugar
- Crushed red pepper
- Salt
- 1 tbsp Paprika pulp (Ajvar)
- 250 g Tomatoes happened
- 1 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
- Oil
- Peel the onion and cut into small pieces. Cut the sausages into small pieces. Peel the paprika, remove the seeds and membranes and cut into small pieces.
- Heat the oil in a pan. Add the onions and sausages and fry them lightly, then add the paprika and cook with them.
- Add the spices and ajvar and sauté briefly. Then add the tomatoes.
- Cook with the lid on over low heat for about 20-25 minutes.
- Meanwhile prepare any side dish (rice for us).
- Remove the lid and stir in the creme fraiche.
- Place rice and sausage goulash on plates and serve.
