Vegetables – Chickpea Patties
The perfect vegetables – chickpea patties recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Soaked, cooked firm and pureed chickpeas
- 1 small Chopped onion
- 1 Chopped clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoon Chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon Chopped chilli pepper
- 4 tablespoon Soy sauce dark
- 2 tablespoon Corn flakes (or breadcrumbs)
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable broth
- 1 Egg
- 1 Spices (salt, pepper, paprika, caraway seeds)
- You can also take 200gr chickpeas from a can! Mix everything together, season with the spices, from the smooth mass, (important: it must not be too runny or too firm – possibly add breadcrumbs or vegetable stock), form 4 patties and fry in oil on both sides. Serve with a fresh salad and herb quark. – Good Appetite –
