  • 100 g Soy flakes
  • 1,5 L Water
  • 2 tsp Sea salt
  • 1 bunch Spring onions
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 3 medium Peeled potatoes
  • 100 g Homemade breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh herbs of your choice
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Boil the soy flakes in salted water for about 2 minutes, then drain and place in a bowl. Fry the thinly sliced ​​spring onions and the pressed garlic clove in the oil, stirring constantly, put it aside and let it cool.
  • Add the peeled and coarsely grated potatoes to the bowl with the soy mixture, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Season the mill, mix in the cooled onion with the garlic and chopped herbs, mix everything together well and form patties, roll them in breadcrumbs and then bake them in the oil.
  • There was also a rich salad with a fruity note: romaine lettuce with clementine pieces
