- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 150 g Melted butter
- 200 ml Milk lukewarm
- 0,5 Yeast cubes
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 60 g Flour
- Mix the flour, sugar and salt. Crumble the yeast into the milk and dissolve it in it. Then add to the flour mixture together with the butter. Knead everything together.
- Cover the dough and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter (2 tbsp) over low heat and add the flour, roast it for 5-6 minutes. Then take it off the stove.
- Knead the proofed dough again and divide into 8 portions. Shape each into a ball and press it flat. Divide the filling into 8 portions and place in the middle of the dough pieces. Then shape each into a ball again and flatten it a little.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, then prick several times with a fork. Whisk the egg and coat the rolls with it.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 25-30 minutes.
