Ingredients
- 500 g Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 50 g Butter
- 1 tsp Seasonal herbs
- 250 ml Milk lukewarm
- 1 cube Yeast
- 1 tsp Sugar
Instructions
- Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the milk. Put all other ingredients in a bowl. Add the yeast milk and knead everything well.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. After rising, knead the dough vigorously and divide it into 12 pieces. Grind the pieces into rolls and place on a tray and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 170 ° and bake the rolls for 20 minutes.
- The rolls taste very good both warm and cold. The rolls can be kept loosely in a sealed can for 2 days and are then still very fluffy.
