One Pot Pasta – EMILIANA

The perfect one pot pasta – emiliana recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g In NU NOODLES from Bernbacher
  • 80 g Cooked ham
  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • 150 g Frozen peas
  • 1 tablespoon Italian herbs (frozen)
  • 100 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 600 ml Water
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Cut the onions and garlic into small cubes, the mushrooms into slices and the ham into strips.
  2. Put the uncooked pasta with the mushrooms, ham, peas, onions, garlic and crème fraîch in a saucepan. Add the water and season with the Italian herbs, salt and pepper.
  3. Bring everything to a boil and simmer for about 3 minutes. Stir again and again so that the ingredients mix and do not stick to the bottom of the pot. Pouring off water is no longer necessary.
