Fried Strips of Beef Fillet in Sesame Soy Marinade

The perfect fried strips of beef fillet in sesame soy marinade recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1250 g Beef fillet
  • 6 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 6 tbsp Ketjap Manis
  • 6 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 5 Pc. Garlic cloves
  • 6 cm Ginger
  • 3 Pc. Lime juice
  • 3 Pc. Galangal
  • 6 cm Ginger
  • 5 Pc. Kafir lime leaves
  • 1 bunch Thai basil
  • 100 ml Olive oil
  • 1 liter Coconut milk
  • 3 packet Thai asparagus
  • 1 Pc. Red peppers
  • 1 Pc. Peppers yellow
  • 2 packet Mini corn
  1. Cut the fillet into thin strips about 5-6 hours before preparation and add 6 tablespoons of sesame seeds, 6 tablespoons of ketjap sauce, 5 fresh cloves of garlic, 3 walnut-sized pieces of ginger and the juice of 3 limes.
  2. Prepare a homogeneous mixture from 3 walnut-sized pieces of galangal, 3 walnut-sized pieces of ginger, 3 sticks of lemongrass, 5 kafir lime leaves, 1 bunch of Thai basil and the oil.
  3. Briefly fry the green curry in a pan and fill up with coconut milk. Then add the vegetables and cook briefly until firm to the bite. Remove the meat from the marinade and fry in hot oil at high temperature for about 2 minutes, serve with rice.
