Salmon Pan
The perfect salmon pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Fresh salmon skinless
- 1 Red pepper
- 1 kl. Zucchini
- 1 Onion
- 0,5 Clove of garlic
- Juice of one lemon
- 4 tsp Olive oil
- 1 branch Thyme
- 100 g Rice
- Salt
- Pepper
- Wash the fish, pat dry and cut into large cubes. Cut the garlic into slices. Mix lemon juice, 2 teaspoons of olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper to a marinade and marinate the fish in it for 1 hour.
- Cut the onion, zucchini and bell pepper into large cubes. Heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil and fry the onions. When the onions are translucent, add the zucchini and peppers and continue frying. About 5 minutes Now add the fish with the marinade to the vegetables and fry for another 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook rice firm to the bite in salted water. (I still had a leftover purple rice here that I bought at a Christmas market.) Serve fish and vegetables with rice. Good Appetite.
