Frankfurt Pea Soup
The perfect frankfurt pea soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Peas frozen
- 50 g Butter
- 30 g Flour
- 500 ml Water
- Salt pepper
- 2 piece Frankfurter sausages
- Boil peas in water for 10 minutes. Then pass through a sieve. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the flour and roast until brown. Pour in the water and add the pea puree. Bring to the boil briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Slice the sausages and add the soup to the boil again.
