Turkey Rolls

The perfect turkey rolls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

FILLING

  • 1 Zucchini
  • 4 tablespoon Cream cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  1. Wash the turkey schnitzel, pat dry and season with salt and pepper.

FILLING

  1. Wash the zucchini, cut lengthways into thin slices and fry on both sides in a pan with hot oil, degrease on a little kitchen towel.
  2. Now coat the turkey escalope with cream cheese and top with zucchini slices, roll up and fix with toothpicks.
  3. Fry the roulades in a pan with hot oil, turning all around for about 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in the vegetable stock and let it stew for another 5 minutes. If you want, you can thicken the sauce a little.
  5. Halve the turkey rolls diagonally and serve with a side dish to your liking
