Baking: Mini Apple Pie

- 125 g Margarine
- 100 g Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 200 g Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 50 g Raisins
- 1 Apple
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- Beat the margarine and sugar until frothy, then fold in the eggs. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in. Finally stir in the raisins.
- Fill the dough into a greased 18cm springform pan (20s will also work, then the cake will be flatter).
