Baking: Mini Apple Pie

  • 125 g Margarine
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 200 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 50 g Raisins
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  1. Beat the margarine and sugar until frothy, then fold in the eggs. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in. Finally stir in the raisins.
  2. Fill the dough into a greased 18cm springform pan (20s will also work, then the cake will be flatter).
