  • 3 packet Goat cheese
  • 2 Pears fresh
  • 10 Physalis
  • Berry fruits fresh
  • Forest blossom honey
  • Walnuts
  • Sage
  • Rosemary
  1. Cut the goat cheese into approx. 4 cm thick slices and spread them on the plate. Then quarter and core the pears and place on the plate with the berries.
  2. Drizzle the whole thing with honey and cook in the oven (150 degrees for about 7 minutes) until the cheese turns brown. Warning: the cheese should not melt!
