Spinach Salad with Blue Mold and Pear

The perfect spinach salad with blue mold and pear recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Fresh spinach
  • 1 piece Nashi pear
  • 100 g Blue cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon White wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • Salt
  • Parsley

The dressing:

  1. Let’s start with the dressing. For this you take a small bowl and put the tablespoon of olive oil, white wine vinegar, mustard and parsley into it. The mixture is stirred well and then seasoned with a little salt. I deliberately avoided pepper because the mustard has the perfect heat for this dressing. Then the whole thing can be put aside.

The salad:
