Spinach Salad with Blue Mold and Pear
The perfect spinach salad with blue mold and pear recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Fresh spinach
- 1 piece Nashi pear
- 100 g Blue cheese
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon White wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Mustard
- Salt
- Parsley
The dressing:
- Let’s start with the dressing. For this you take a small bowl and put the tablespoon of olive oil, white wine vinegar, mustard and parsley into it. The mixture is stirred well and then seasoned with a little salt. I deliberately avoided pepper because the mustard has the perfect heat for this dressing. Then the whole thing can be put aside.
The salad:
- Now rinse the spinach under cold water and pat dry on kitchen paper. Now you take a board and cut the blue cheese and the pear into bite-sized pieces. How exactly is up to you.
Serving:
- Put the spinach on the plate. Then the cheese and the pear. Dressing on and done 🙂 Great how fast it works, right? So let it taste too ..
